Sales Tax
 
Georgia shipping addresses will be charged 5 to 8% Sales Tax on the total order (including shipping and handling) which is based on the county delivered to. When placing an order you will be required to select the county name the order is being shipped to; this will automatically calculate the proper sales tax to be charged. * Alaska or Hawaii shipping addresses are $6.00 additional.
* Canadian Addresses are 8% (of order total) additional (min. $11 - max. $22).
* Item Numbers ending in an 'AS' (for example: Item No. 25-001AS) have a flat one time total order Additional Shipping charge of $2.00 (even if total order is > $300).
* Purchase Orders are 5% (of order total) additional (min. $6 - max. $40) We do not accept Canadian Purchase Orders.

  • We do not ship outside the US or Canada.
  • We ship via UPS, USPS (Parcel Post, First Class, Priority Mail), DHL, or FedEx depending on item and shipping address.
  • Orders are generally shipped same day or within two days after receipt.

 
Returns
 
We offer a 21-day money back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 21 days of receipt. Simply contact us by e-mail for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please be sure to provide your name, order number, order date, what you would like to return, your telephone number, and a detailed reason for return.

Please note the following terms:
  1. You must first e-mail CustomerService@DrivewayAlarmProducts.com to obtain RMA #.
  2. The products and packaging must be returned in new, resalable condition.
  3. Products must be repacked as originally received with all original packing materials.
  4. Packaging materials must not be torn, cut or damaged. *
  5. All accessories, manuals, literature and warranty registration cards must be returned in complete and new condition.
  6. Any programming must be reset back to factory default.
  7. RMA# needs to be prominently displayed on the outside of your shipping package.
  8. Return shipping expense will be paid by you.
  9. Returned merchandise must be postmarked within 21 days of your delivery date.
  10. Please insure the return package and obtain some kind of tracking number and/or delivery confirmation – it is your responsibility to make sure we get it back.
  11. We do not refund the original shipping and handling charges you paid to have it shipped to you.
  12. When returning for a replacement, there will be no additional shipping charges to you.
  13. Shortly after you obtain your RMA number, you will be instructed where to return product to.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise meeting the terms above, within 60 days we will issue a credit to your charge account or a refund in the same form as was originally paid.

* If product is in an encapsulated plastic machined sealed package, this requirement is waived only if the product is defective when opened and you are requesting a replacement. Otherwise a 35% restocking fee applies.

 
Warranty
 
All warranties are provided by the manufacturer of the product. Most warranties are 1 year, but some are 90 days. If your product fails within the first 90 days after delivery we will try to assist you on a case by case basis (neglect, misuse, physical damage, etc. excluded).
 
Liability
 
Having no control over the installation, set-up, use, and maintenance of any product once in the buyer's possession, EZ CyberQuest, Inc. will not be responsible or liable for any loss, cost, or damage of any kind arising out of the use or mis-use of the products it sells.
